The Chatham Rise Motel, the only motel on the Island is owned and operated by Murray and Gill Dix. The accommodation is suitable for individuals with self contained units and for the larger party up to ten. The motel is within walking distance of the main township Waitangi
Guest House: $70/day per person. Bunks, divan beds and doubles are available to accommodate large groups. Sleeps a maximum of 10. Shared facilities, lounge, TV dining room, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, toilets and showers. All bed linen and towels supplied.
Self contained units: Double $110 per person per day, Single $100 per person per day.
